Position Overview

Calian ITCS is currently seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst for upcoming opportunities to perform the following duties:

Responsibilities

• Review the security requirements traceability matrix (SRTM) and evidences
• Evaluate existing design requirements to document and compose user stories and acceptance criteria in Microsoft DevOps.
• Assist in developing project timelines and sprint planning.
• Participate in developing sprint reports on the status/progress of the deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct and document sprint validation sessions with stakeholders.
• Document and track using Microsoft DevOps for change requests, defects, tasks and ensure they’re addressed.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure scope is adhered to.
• Create test plans in Microsoft DevOps for internal Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing.
• Performing thorough testing and validating against user stories.
• Report on technical issues or questions and make recommendations to project team.
• Create user training documentation.
• Assist in conducting User Acceptance Testing sessions with end-users.

Qualifications

• Clearance: Enhanced Reliability (mandatory)
• Language: English
• 5 years’ relevant experience in Business Analyst work
• Advanced experience within past 2 years as a business analyst working with custom cloud web applications in Microsoft Azure Cloud Services.
• Advanced experience within past 2 years as a business analyst working with Microsoft Azure DevOps (Agile template).
