Purpose:

The Intermediate Associate will report directly into Practice Lead / Senior Associate, collaborating with other subject matter experts to consult with clients; perform examinations, testing, and analysis; and prepare technical reports in a clear, concise, efficient and professional manner.

Role responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  1. Manage client service deadlines, budgeting, invoicing and accounts receivable on projects according to organizational best practices.
  2. Continue to establish your presence in the marketplace through regular publication, in-person client meetings and participation in professional communities.
  3. Move towards independence in client interactions and file-based analysis.
  4. Begin to manage projects efficiently and develop an understanding of billing and reporting requirements and/or client-based master service agreements (MSAs).
  5. Perform site examinations, document reviews, and effectively communicate investigation and analysis findings to colleagues and clients.
  6. Work in a collaborative environment, both on your team and across disciplines.
  7. Develop a market understanding and begin to contribute to marketing events, moving towards an independent marketing presence.
  8. Be prepared to provide expert testimony in court.
  9. Prepare technical reports based upon sound investigations and analysis.
  10. Additional duties as required.
