About The Role

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of post-graduate experience, with a background in large-scale mixed-use and seniors living projects. Responsibilities include project design, documentation, and coordination from concept through construction, working directly with the partner leading the seniors living portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and document seniors living and mixed-use projects
  • Support all project phases
  • Prepare drawings for permits
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and team members
  • Ensure code compliance
  • Participate in site meetings
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to design discussions
Qualifications
  • Degree in Architecture
  • Intern or Registered Architect (BC registration or eligibility)
  • 3–5 years of experience, with seniors living project experience
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; SketchUp and Adobe Suite are assets
  • Knowledge of local codes and building systems
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
