This firm is currently looking to add a strong intermediate architect or technologist with expertise in working drawings for predominantly high rise projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare documentation including detailed layout drawings and schedules.

• Contribute to project phases while collaborating with internal project teams and external consultants.

• Prepare contract documents in compliance with building code.

• Prepare and develop design documents, working drawings, and specifications.

• Coordinate with external consultants.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years experience working with OBC - specifically part 3

• Strong technical ability.

• Educational background in architecture or architectural technology.

• Technical experience on high rise residential projects.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

• Proficiency in ArchiCAD a strong asset.

• Great design portfolio.
