  • Strong writing skills and experience writing interim and final permit reports.
  • Valid driver’s license (Class 5).
  • First aid and other safety tickets would be considered an asset, but all necessary training will be provided to the successful applicant.

Your benefits at WSP will include:

  • A competitive and industry-leading remuneration package that includes extended medical, dental and group plan benefits that can be customized to your needs as well as an employer-matched pension plan and share purchase plans.
  • Involvement in innovative and collaborative multidisciplinary projects that provide opportunities to work with a diverse team of experienced and specialized in-house archaeologists (e.g., faunal analysis, underwater archaeology, lithic analysis, and human osteology) and other industry professionals.
  • On-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Employer matched pension plan, paid vacation days and ability to bank overtime.
  • Career development planning tailored to help you reach your goals.
  • A dedicated Indigenous relations team that actively promotes relationships with Indigenous groups and businesses.
  • Project support from a large in-house multidisciplinary team (e.g., geomorphologists, geotechnical engineers, traditional use specialists, and plant and animal biologists) and from dedicated support staff (e.g., GIS, accounting, project coordination).
  • Professional development through professional membership reimbursement, participation in practice area networks, and innovation funding to support new technology.
