Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Intermediate Agentforce Tester for a Big Four consulting firm in Ottawa. The role is a 9-month contract with a hybrid schedule, supporting a Salesforce implementation for a federal/public sector client.

You will establish interoperability testing processes and ensure functional, performance, and security requirements are met. The candidate will oversee end-to-end testing, mentor junior testers, monitor progress, and report risks to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct testing experience across integration, functional, interoperability, and security.
• 2+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
• Agentforce for Public Sector, Agentforce Service and Security Center experience.
• ISTQB certification and Salesforce certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end testing activities and ensure test plans cover interoperability, integration, functional, and security areas.
• Coordinate and mentor junior testers, monitor testing progress, and communicate results and risks to leadership.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with client stakeholders to drive project success.
• Support project objectives and ensure successful delivery within a hybrid Ottawa-based setup.

Insight Global is seeking an Intermediate Agentforce Tester to join a Big Four consulting firm supporting a net-new Salesforce implementation for a federal/public sector client based in Ottawa. This is an initial 9-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension. The successful candidate will work on a hybrid schedule in Ottawa.

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and executing interoperability testing processes to ensure the seamless integration and coexistence of multiple software components within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will also help develop and maintain validation and verification capabilities to ensure functional, performance, and security requirements are met.

Testing efforts will primarily focus on interoperability, integration, functional, and security testing. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing end-to-end testing activities, coordinating and mentoring junior testers, monitoring testing progress, and communicating results and risks to leadership. In addition, you will participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate directly with client stakeholders to support project objectives and ensure successful delivery.
