Mold Maker

The Mold Maker is responsible for creating and repairing molds. This individual will comply with provincial and federal legislation, company and health & safety policies and ISO quality program and procedures.

Job Details:

  • Full-time (Weekend shift and Regular shift)
  • Total comprehensive benefit and pension package

Required education, skills and abilities:

  • Enrolled in OYAP and/or Completion of post secondary education orCompletion of secondary school and a four-year apprenticeship orcollege diploma in a manufacturing field or a related discipline
  • Proficient in computers with the ability to use various computer applications depending on skill level such as Microsoft Office, etc
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, drawings, manuals and specifications
  • Knowledge of arithmetic, geometry and their applications
  • Capable of recognizing and solving problems
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to adapt and welcome change in a positive manner
  • Capable of operating heavy equipment such as a forklift and crane
