Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Handle accounts receivables and accounts payables;
  2. Prepare journal entries and adjusting entries;
  3. Prepare bank reconciliations;
  4. Prepare month-end and year-end closing;
  5. Prepare inventory reconciliations and adjustments;
  6. Manage cash flow;
  7. Prepare GST / HST returns and Corporate Tax Installments;
  8. Prepare Debit / Credit notes;
  9. Reconcile trip expense reports;
  10. Conduct credit analysis and checks;
  11. Handle all paperwork for foreign exchange transactions;
  12. Approve CRM transactions.
Qualifications and Skills
  • University or college graduate with an accounting or business degree / diploma;
  • Student member of CPA or ACCA, working towards a designation;
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting;
  • Knowledge of Sage 300 ERP, CRM, and QuickBooks;
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & Word;
  • Hands-on experience with accounts payable and receivable;
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills;
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and / or Mandarin.
