Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle accounts receivables and accounts payables;
- Prepare journal entries and adjusting entries;
- Prepare bank reconciliations;
- Prepare month-end and year-end closing;
- Prepare inventory reconciliations and adjustments;
- Manage cash flow;
- Prepare GST / HST returns and Corporate Tax Installments;
- Prepare Debit / Credit notes;
- Reconcile trip expense reports;
- Conduct credit analysis and checks;
- Handle all paperwork for foreign exchange transactions;
- Approve CRM transactions.
Qualifications and Skills
- University or college graduate with an accounting or business degree / diploma;
- Student member of CPA or ACCA, working towards a designation;
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting;
- Knowledge of Sage 300 ERP, CRM, and QuickBooks;
- Proficiency in MS Excel & Word;
- Hands-on experience with accounts payable and receivable;
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills;
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and / or Mandarin.
