Qualifications

• Previous interior painting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of painting techniques and surface preparation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to safely use ladders and painting equipment.
• Professional attitude and good customer-service skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and other surfaces for painting.
• Patch holes, sand, caulk, and perform other surface prep.
• Apply paint, primer, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
• Protect floors, furniture, fixtures and other areas from paint and damage.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow project specifications and maintain high-quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Complete projects safely and within established timelines.
