Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an architectural firm or related industry.
• Healthcare design experience preferred.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts that meet the functional and aesthetic requirements of the projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure that interior design solutions are coordinated and meet project objectives.
• Prepare interior design deliverables, including design drawings, material and finish schedules, and other documentation as required.
• Present interior design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and project teams as required.
• Manage interior design project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that interior design solutions are implemented according to the design intent.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our design processes.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and support as required.
