As we expand, we are looking for a talented Interior Designer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of our restaurant interiors.
Job Summary:
As an Interior Designer at Pür & Simple, you will collaborate with our Senior Vice President and the Design & Construction team to create beautiful, functional, and on-brand interior spaces for our growing chain of restaurants. You will play a key role in bringing our brand’s aesthetic to life, ensuring a welcoming and memorable dining experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and conceptualization of interior layouts, furniture, color schemes, and materials for new and existing restaurant locations.
- Help create concept boards, 3D renderings, and presentations to communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Support in space planning, selecting furniture, finishes, and design elements that align with the Pür & Simple brand.
- Conduct site visits to assess the space, collaborate with contractors, and ensure designs are being executed correctly.
- Prepare and maintain design documentation, including sketches, CAD drawings, and specifications.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to source materials and products for interior design projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align the design with brand identity, customer experience, and functional needs.
- Stay up to date with interior design trends, materials, and innovations to bring fresh ideas to our projects.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in interior design & project management, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools (e.g., Enscape, V-Ray).
- Strong eye for design with expertise in space planning, color theory, materiality, and furniture specification.
- Ability to create compelling 2D and 3D renderings to clearly communicate design concepts.
- Strong understanding of building systems, code compliance, and construction documentation.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead timelines, budgets, consultants, and construction coordination.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work, ideally including restaurant or hospitality projects.
- Passion for creating functional, brand-aligned, and customer-focused interior environments.
