We’re seeking a passionate Interior Design Consultant with strong sales ability and an entrepreneurial mindset. In this role, you’ll manage your own design business under the CPI Interiors brand—working independently while being backed by a supportive team, proven systems, and ongoing training.

This role is ideal for someone who is both creatively driven and business-savvy—someone who thrives in a fast-paced design studio and genuinely enjoys client interaction and closing sales. You’ll be the touchpoint for potential clients and the go-to coordinator throughout the life of each of your projects. You’ll guide the client journey from initial inquiry to final invoice while supporting design execution and contributing to marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, professional first consultations with prospective clients in their homes
• Conduct site visits during key phases of each project
• Review drawings and design proposals , providing clear, thoughtful feedback
• Maintain consistent, clear, and positive client communication
• Follow and champion our proven design and sales process
• Accurately complete forms and documentation post-sale
• Track project milestones
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets based on individual goals
• Contribute to marketing initiatives : webinars, blogs, social media, newsletters, and ad campaigns

What You Bring

Hard Skills

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design or Decorating
• Sales experience in design, retail, or luxury services
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• CAD proficiency is a plus, but not required
