We are looking for a dynamic Pharmacy leader in an interim role as Pharmacy District Manager for a 12 month term. This role supports pharmacies in Northern NS and Cape Breton.
You will be leading a team of Pharmacy Managers, with various scopes of practice. You will be involved in Long Term Care, Retail and Walk-in Pharmacy sites. Knowledge in each of these settings is considered an asset and will help you be successful in the role.
Here’s where you’ll be focusing:Drive employee engagement and industry leading customer experience within the district
Lead Pharmacy Managers and oversee management development
Execute district team strategy
Execute district external compliance and implementation of industry leading store standards for department
Drive community involvement and brand advocacy
Own district Income/Profit and Loss and drive performance to meet targets within Department
