Qualifications

• Experience managing an entire production facility, ideally in food, consumer goods, or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced project management, analytical and organizational skills.
• General knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessment of plant operations and recommend improvements.
• Create and implement a culture-change plan.
• Coach and mentor the production team.
• Manage the production floor for quality and efficiency.
• Oversee inventory to control costs.
• Develop innovative systems to enable growth.
• Coordinate daily production schedules.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety procedures.
