As a Team Lead, you will be assigned to a specific area such as Client Experience, Beauty Services, or Operations, or a combination of these. You will be responsible for ensuring team members perform services according to Sephora standards, execute Sephora's selling model, and provide outstanding client service to meet and exceed store and company objectives. Your responsibilities include:
- Sales Experience: Ensure all team members properly execute Sephora's selling model, "Get, Give, Teach." Drive sales and services at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio.
- Training & Development: Ensure Services Coordinators are trained to manage the Studio and drive services daily. Collaborate with store/district experts to provide product, category, and brand training. Facilitate Sephora training sessions.
- Maintain a Coaching Culture: Participate in selecting, training, and certifying SUBC Facilitators and coaches. Ensure they meet or exceed expectations through regular store classes.
- Makeup & Skincare Passion: Demonstrate artistry skills through conducting makeovers and skincare services as needed.
- Passionate about Clients: Act as the Director in Charge (DIC) within the store and engage with clients and team members on-stage whenever possible.

- Operational Excellence: Lead store operations, ensuring all operational processes are completed per company standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage store inventory, including shipping, receiving, returns, and cycle counting, within company guidelines.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure merchandising and visuals meet company standards. Oversee cleaning crews, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
