Certificate in Manitoba Municipal Administration (CMMA)
Certification or Diploma in Business Management, Human Resources, or Finance
Skills:
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience in financial planning and budgeting
Working knowledge of Municipal Administration & Law
Ability to handle multiple deadlines and prioritize
Responsibilities:
Working effectively and providing strategic recommendations to elected officials, boards, or councils
Developing, implementing, and ensuring organizational compliance for policies, bylaws, and resolutions
Human Resources Management in a Unionized Environment
Attending Council and Committee Meetings – facilitating meetings, etc.
