Role Overview:

We're seeking seasoned Interim CFOs to join our roster, providing financial leadership and managing critical financial initiatives for our clients during periods of transformation, growth, or crisis. The ideal candidates are strategic financial leaders capable of stepping into complex situations and delivering immediate financial impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial restructuring, turnaround initiatives, and performance improvement projects.

• Develop and implement rapid financial strategies to stabilize cash flow, reduce costs, and improve profitability.

• Lead financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Manage liquidity, working capital, and treasury functions to ensure financial stability.

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with the CEO and Board to align on strategic financial priorities and action plans.

• Provide financial due diligence and integration support for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions.

• Implement robust financial controls and risk management processes.

• Mentor and support finance teams to ensure continuity and effective execution of financial goals.

• Act as a change agent to drive financial and operational shifts necessary for success.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of executive-level experience in Finance as CFO or equivalent.

• Proven track record in leading financial organizations through significant change, including turnarounds and restructuring.

• Strong financial, strategic, and analytical skills.

• Exceptional ability to quickly assess situations, develop action plans, and deliver results.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, dynamic environments.

• CPA, CFA, MBA, or relevant advanced degree preferred.

• Incorporated in Canada (if needed, we provide all the resources to help with incorporation).
