Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Interface Manager to join our team for the Diriyah Gate Project. Under the guidance of the Senior Interface Manager, you will engage with key third-party stakeholders, including governmental authorities and other relevant parties impacted by the project, to understand their needs and maintain effective relationships throughout the project's duration.

What you'll be doing:
  1. Contribute to developing the operations and management control system, including interface with third-party systems.
  2. Develop and monitor the implementation of the Interface Management Plan.
  3. Assist in project scheduling and progress monitoring.
  4. Provide solutions to minimize third-party impact while ensuring effective project delivery.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with third parties to prevent disputes and claims.
  6. Produce standardized documentation and regular reports for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key issues, resolutions, and risks.
  7. Foster a collaborative team environment to facilitate interface work planning and execution.
  8. Chair weekly interface meetings and prepare progress summaries for the Senior Interface Manager.
  9. Submit monthly reports and statistical updates to clients and project teams.
  10. Assess impacts of design and construction changes on schedules.
  11. Make presentations as needed.
  12. Keep clients and project managers informed of daily activities and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements for the role:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including supervisory or managerial roles.
  • Proven leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with industry practices and regulations.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with very proficient English communication skills.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Ability to represent the project effectively in written and verbal communications.
