Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with directors and teams to propose visual concepts and prototypes.
• Own design tasks from user flows to interactive wireframes with deadlines.
• Evaluate design techniques and stay current with trends.
• Script/storyboard interactive experiences and propose innovative solutions.
• Work with technology teams to ensure optimal user experience.
• Identify UX risks and suggest realistic mitigations.
• Contribute to related responsibilities as needed.

YOUR MISSION

Our interactive designers bridge the gap between user experience (UX) and interface aesthetics (UI) on unique immersive and interactive projects.

For this freelance talent pool, we are looking for sharp expertise in UI Design and System Design, solidly grounded in strong UX fundamentals. Your main playground: designing advanced web interfaces and simple, intuitive control systems for interactive experience applications.

In collaboration with our creative, content, management, and technology teams, you will turn ambitious concepts into seamless, intuitive, and visually impactful interfaces.

Role And Responsibilities

• Participate in the creative process alongside the project director by proposing visual concepts and creating storyboards, interfaces, and mockups;
• Take ownership of assigned design tasks, creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes while respecting deadlines;
• Evaluate and suggest appropriate design techniques;
• Stay constantly up to date with the latest trends in graphic design and interactive design;
• Demonstrate an ability to script/storyboard an interactive experience and propose innovative solutions;
• Show interest in interactive technologies;
• Possess the drive to push projects further, both aesthetically and technically;
• Work in close collaboration with technology teams to ensure an optimal user experience;
• Identify risks associated with the user experience and propose effective, realistic solutions;
• Perform any other related responsibilities and/or tasks assigned to the position.

YOUR BACKGROUND INCLUDES

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in interactive experience UX/UI and visual design (supported by a portfolio).
• Experience with and a keen interest in new technologies.
• Skills in visual content creation (2D/3D animation, graphic design, editing), both pre-rendered and generative (portfolio essential).
• Proficiency in using wireframes to communicate and test ideas and concepts.
• Fluency with Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Professional fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of and/or interest in the field of AI.
