We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Intensive Case Support Worker (ICSW). As an ICSW, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to case management services for individuals from vulnerable populations. This is an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals in need while working with a dedicated team of professionals. Reporting directly to the Housing Programs Manager, the Intensive Case Support (ICS) Workers are responsible for supporting the implementation of case plans for male clients housed in a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week supported housing environment. This position will expand basic needs services and intensive case management at the Nwo Yotina Friendship Centre, integrating with existing community resources.

Job duties include:

  1. Overnight, weekend, and holiday supervision of clients in a supported housing environment.
  2. Providing in-home life skills mentoring.
  3. Collaborating with other NYFC program supports to ensure clients access a wide range of supports promoting holistic wellbeing.
  4. Working in a team to promote centre functions and maintain cleanliness.
  5. Completing daily debriefings and case notes on client interactions.
  6. Adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
  7. Performing duties as assigned.

This position requires on-call work as needed to support 24/7 service availability to clients.
