A nonprofit housing organization in Toronto is seeking an Intensive Case Management Worker for their Community Crisis & Addictions Safety Team. The role requires supporting clients in crisis, particularly those with addictions and mental health challenges, to access necessary services. Candidates should have experience in case management and harm reduction practices. This is a full-time position, paying $28.76/hour with flexible work hours.
Intensive Case Management Worker - Community Crisis & Addictions Safety Team
Mission Statement : Homes First Society develops and provides affordable, stable housing and support services to break the cycle of homelessness for people with the fewest housing options.
Position type : Full-time, Permanent
Location : Any Homes First Shelter
Hours of Work : Monday to Friday, 12 pm to 8 pm
Salary : $28.76 / hour
