Job summary

A technology services provider in Canada is seeking an experienced Intelligence Solutions Support Specialist. This role involves monitoring customer inquiries about Precision Ag equipment and providing solutions. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in agriculture roles, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to work flexible hours. This position requires a valid Class 5 Drivers License and the capacity to travel to various locations.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in an agriculture-related role.
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting data and reports.
  • Ability to use desktop and internet applications.
  • Experience in dealership service considered an asset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including travel.
  • Valid Class 5 Drivers License and ability to travel.

Job description

We are looking for an Intelligence Solutions Support Specialist. The successful candidate can work from any of Client locations in West SK or East SK/MB, and will be responsible for monitoring incoming customer and dealer personnel calls with the intent of quickly addressing Precision Ag equipment problems.

Responsibilities
  • Quickly and accurately resolving common data, digital and embedded solution questions, and errors through calls and ticketing system.
  • Assisting the Intelligence Solutions team with equipment set up, optimization, reviewing customer data.
  • Support equipment set up and operation relevant to water management.
  • Performing diagnostic/repair of weather instruments.
  • Assist in training & development of co-workers and customers.
Requirements
  • 2+ years’ experience working in an agriculture related role.
  • Have experience analyzing and interpreting data and reports.
  • The ability to use desktop and internet applications.
  • Dealership service or other related work experience considered an asset.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including travel.
  • Valid Class 5 Drivers License and the ability to travel.
