Role Overview

The Integrations Project Coordinator is an entry-level position suited for individuals seeking to start their career and grow within the company. The role involves working closely with Project Managers and the Integrations team to manage the integration phase during CMiC software implementation. Responsibilities include administrative and coordination tasks such as preparing project schedules, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication with customers. A strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic technical understanding are required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to customer sites up to 25% of the time.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information for integration projects.
  • Break down projects into manageable tasks and establish timelines.
  • Lead customer meetings during integration phases as needed.
  • Collaborate with clients and third parties to define requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Assign tasks, assist with scheduling, and monitor project progress.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Use Microsoft Word and Excel to track hours, plans, and expenses.
  • Ensure client needs are met as projects progress.
  • Analyze risks and identify opportunities.
  • Communicate project status and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and requirements.

Minimum Requirements

  • Valid US Visa for unrestricted travel to the US.
  • Mandatory in-office days on Tuesday and Thursday.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • University Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with enterprise software implementation is a plus.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies like waterfall and agile is beneficial.
  • Ability to manage change processes and communicate effectively during transitions.
  • Experience working with diverse teams to develop and implement business systems.
