Who you are:

Geotab is seeking a strong Integration Specialist who is responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining integrations between enterprise business systems using low-code/no-code iPaaS platforms such as Workato.

What you'll do:

  1. Develop, deploy, and maintain integrations across enterprise systems using Workato or similar workflow tools.
  2. Work closely with Business Analysts and Business Systems Analysts to understand integration requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  3. Build integrations involving the Salesforce Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Ceridian Dayforce, Google Workspace, Jira and other enterprise applications.
  4. Configure and manage API-based integrations (RESTful APIs) and Webhooks.
  5. Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization of integration workflows.
  6. Maintain clear documentation of integration processes, workflows, and data mappings.
  7. Monitor integration performance proactively; troubleshoot issues promptly to ensure optimal system performance.
  8. Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team to ensure alignment with overall IT architecture principles.
  9. Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for efficiency gains through automation.
  10. Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders on integration-related topics.
  11. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in integration and make recommendations for improvement.

What you'll bring to the role

  1. 3 - 5 years of required experience.
  2. Experience building integrations using low-code/no-code integration platforms (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft Composer, Dell Boomi).
  3. Proven hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations using APIs (RESTful APIs), Webhooks, JSON/XML data formats.
  4. Demonstrable experience working in complex enterprise environments integrating multiple business systems.
  5. Prior hands-on experience with Workato iPaaS platform strongly preferred; Workato certifications are a plus.
  6. Familiarity or experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Field Service) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 integrations is highly advantageous.
  7. Excellent communication skills—ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  9. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  10. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with attention to detail.
  11. Familiarity with data formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV.
  12. High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
  13. Ability to work well under pressure and respond to fast changing priorities and deadlines.
  14. Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot integration issues effectively.
  15. Strong team player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
  16. Technical competence using software programs, including but not limited to, Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
