The AbeBooks Customer Operations and Success (COS) team is seeking a versatile and agile Program Manager to drive critical initiatives across our global operations. This role requires a dynamic professional who can seamlessly transition between leading cross‑functional project teams and contributing as a stakeholder or subject matter expert across diverse programs—including regulatory compliance, feature and program launches, and process optimization efforts.

You'll build dashboards to track compliance metrics, help resolve complex customer escalations requiring cross‑functional coordination, and prepare concise updates for senior leadership on parallel initiatives. The work requires constantly switching contexts—from deep analytical work to stakeholder facilitation to hands‑on problem‑solving—while keeping multiple high‑stakes initiatives moving forward.

The base salary for this position ranges from $58,100/year up to $97,000/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
