Job summary

Job Description

Midland Transport is currently seeking an Integrations Support Lead in Moncton, NB. The Integrations Lead provides strategic and operational leadership for a team of analysts and integration specialists responsible for enabling and sustaining integrations across the end-to-end order-to-cash lifecycle. This role ensures the delivery of reliable, scalable technology solutions that support customer and partner operations while reinforcing a Superior Quality service experience. Accountable for performance against defined key performance indicators, the Lead translates enterprise strategy into measurable outcomes, driving operational excellence, service reliability, and continuous improvement. Through strong people leadership, they coach and mentor the team to align deliverables with industry best practices, customer expectations, and established governance and process standards. The Integrations Lead serves as a key partner to internal leaders and external stakeholders, providing oversight and direction for the successful delivery of new integrations and the effective resolution of complex support issues across the existing portfolio of customer-facing technologies and integrations.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate team resources and priorities to ensure the successful delivery of operational objectives. Prioritize and manage requests, projects, and initiatives to meet service expectations and business needs.
  • Monitor team workload and capacity, identifying opportunities to optimize performance and address resource gaps.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and support forecasted business demand.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of integration products, ensuring high-quality delivery and achievement of service and performance targets.
  • Partner with technology vendors and internal stakeholders to identify and implement solutions that meet business and customer needs.
  • Coordinate resources, testing activities, and user acceptance processes to ensure solutions meet quality standards prior to deployment.
  • Oversee product implementation lifecycles, mitigating risks and ensuring successful adoption and operational readiness.
  • Foster a positive and engaged team culture focused on collaboration, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance, support, and clear accountability. Identify development opportunities and support employees in achieving their professional growth goals.
  • Address performance gaps and build team capability through ongoing feedback and development planning.
Qualifications
Technical Expertise
  • Strong understanding of integrating enterprise systems, including ERP, TMS, WMS, CRM, and other business platforms.
  • Experience working with APIs, EDI transactions, and other data exchange methods to support seamless system integration.
  • Knowledge of data quality, governance, and best practices for ensuring accurate and reliable data flows.
  • Experience with integration platforms, system monitoring tools, and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and resources while delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and business value.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience supporting change management and knowledge-sharing initiatives to drive successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
Transportation & Logistics Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of transportation operations, logistics processes, and supply chain workflows.
  • Experience supporting customer integration requirements within the transportation order-to-cash lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard transportation and logistics systems and business processes is considered an asset.
