Mariner Innovations in Halifax, Nova Scotia, is seeking experienced Integration Developers to design, develop, and support REST API integrations between ERP, PLM, and other business systems. This onsite role offers hybrid work options and a chance to influence enterprise data exchange across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in integration development, strong REST/API, SQL, JSON/XML skills, and experience with platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, or Azure Integration Services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in integration development.
• Strong experience with REST/API integrations, SQL, Java or .NET, JSON/XML, and data mapping.
• Experience integrating ERP, PLM, or other enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, or IBM ACE/IIB is an asset.
• Experience supporting enterprise workflows and business process integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

Mariner is seeking experienced Integration Developers to support enterprise integration initiatives. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting integrations between critical business systems, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange across the organization. These are onsite positions based in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

What You’ll Be Doing In The Role

• Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Build and support integrations between ERP, PLM, and other business systems.
• Develop data mappings and transformations using JSON, XML, and SQL.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Create technical documentation and integration design specifications.

WHAT SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL NEED TO DO THE JOB

• 5+ years of experience in integration development.
• Strong experience with REST/API integrations, SQL, Java or .NET, JSON/XML, and data mapping.
• Experience integrating ERP, PLM, or other enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, or IBM ACE/IIB is an asset.
• Experience supporting enterprise workflows and business process integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within shipbuilding, manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or other asset-intensive industries.
• Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation or modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and source control tools.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture and integration best practices.
• Relevant integration platform certifications are considered an asset.

Security Requirements

• Ability to meet any security screening and Controlled Goods Program requirements associated with the role.
