Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Pay: $18.75 hourly

About the Role

Performs physical or administrative tasks involved in shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and fulfilling orders of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. Checks received goods against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records, and rejects unsatisfactory items. Packages and prepares products for shipment, posts weights and shipping charges, and may operate a forklift. Maintains records of shipped merchandise, reviews customer orders, and manages inventory in warehouses or distribution centers. Employees in this role may be known as warehouse associates, shipping, receiving, pick-packs, or stores clerks.

What You'll Do
  • Process daily logistics tasks such as labeling, reboxing, and bundling.
  • Manage cycle count inventory for service parts.
  • Handle inbound logistics for manufacturing.
  • Pick and QC outbound orders using Android devices and Synnex systems.
  • Accurately select products based on part numbers and quantities.
  • Maintain shipping records.
  • Process customer exchange/replacement RMAs.
  • Handle RMA/service parts receiving, shipping, and RTV.
  • Dispatch technician repair work.
  • Participate in product refurbishment, clearance, liquidation, and e-waste handling.
  • Manage 3PL logistics.
  • Perform basic product testing and assembly as needed.
  • Configure hardware and software for products.
  • Maintain daily housekeeping and meet departmental productivity standards.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, prioritize daily tasks, and perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Work safely, adhere to health and safety practices, and report hazards or violations.

  • Previous warehouse experience required.
  • Strong organizational skills with multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with service procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good research, learning abilities, and memory for self-learning.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
  • Professional and courteous communication skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high-quality work.
