Job Description

• Our client is looking for an Integration Analyst to support and enhance system-to-system and partner integrations.
• This role focuses on EDI transaction support, SQL, troubleshooting, and managing the flow of data between internal systems and external partners.
• You'll be the go-to for investigating failed transactions, supporting integration projects, and maintaining a smooth, efficient data exchange environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve failed EDI and integration transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather and define integration requirements.
• Provide day-to-day support for data flow issues using SQL and integration tools.
• Document mappings, interfaces, and technical processes.
• Support development and testing phases of integration projects.
• Participate in system upgrades and ongoing integration improvements.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience supporting EDI and integration solutions.
• Strong SQL skills for data investigation and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with EDI formats and protocols (XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, etc.).
• Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Microsoft BizTalk or Logic Apps.
• Exposure to iPaaS tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
• Project coordination or light PM experience.
