Qualifications

• Grade 12 graduation or completion of certificate with youth experience.
• Experience with youth mental health/substance use issues preferred.
• Completion or near completion of peer support training required.
• Commitment to equity, diversity and inclusive practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer-based mentoring and emotional support to youth ages 12-19.
• Collaborate with school staff, families and community agencies.
• Support student well-being and safe, inclusive environments.
• Assist with records and documentation as required.
• Participate in integrated care planning with ICY team.
