Job summary

Stem Health in Toronto will open a flagship clinic in fall 2026. We are seeking a Psychiatrist to anchor mental health within our membership model, providing assessments, treatment plans, and integrated care with primary care physicians.

Reporting to the Medical Director, you will join the clinical team on-site, emphasizing depth of care, reflective documentation, and collaboration with the wider team to deliver high-quality mental health support.

Qualifications

• MD and Royal College-accredited Psychiatry residency (FRCPC) completed.
• Active CPSO registration.
• RCPSC Psychiatry certification.
• Experience with outpatient adult psychiatry.
• Familiarity with preventive/wellness psychiatry is a differentiator.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and consultations for Stem Health members.
• Formulate evidence-based treatment plans and manage medications with follow-up.
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and allied health for integrated care.
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure privacy compliance in EMR system.
• Provide patient-centered care with clear communication and continuity across the team.
