Our Z.A.K. Toronto office is looking for an Integrated Producer to join our team.

We’re on the hunt for a detail-obsessedIntegrated Producer who knows how to turn big ideas into beautifully executed realities. You’re the person who thrives in a fast-paced, creatively driven environment—juggling multiple projects without breaking a sweat. Whether it’s video, digital, print, or something experiential, you know how to bring creative visions to life, on time and on budget.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Integrated Producer at Zulu Alpha Kilo, you’ll be at the center of the action—transforming great ideas into smart, well-crafted executions. You’ll collaborate with teams across disciplines to plan, manage, and deliver standout work across platforms. More specifically, you’ll:

• Take the lead on integrated production projects—from scoping and scheduling to budgeting and delivery.
• Manage all day-to-day production elements: develop detailed schedules, keep projects on track, lead check-ins, handle change requests, and maintain clear documentation.
• Identify and negotiate with the best production partners for each project, ensuring the right fit for the creative and the budget.
• Participate in creative development to ensure feasibility—and even elevate the work by sharing new tech, tools, or innovations that inspire.
• Present scopes and estimates to clients, communicating clearly and confidently.
• Keep everyone—from creatives to account to media—in the loop with milestones, deliverables, and updates.

What You Bring:

• At least 3+ years of experience in a creative agency, production or postproduction company, or media environment in one or more of these areas: digital, video, and print.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• A calm, collaborative mindset with the ability to stay composed when things get hectic.
• The confidence to work across teams and levels—building trust with creatives, clients, and collaborators alike.
• A sharp eye for detail and a knack for hitting deadlines, even when juggling multiple projects.
