About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Integrated Planning who embodies our agency's values. This role involves delivering strategic integrated media recommendations that align with each client’s goals and business objectives. The Director will lead a team, ensuring that each product is grounded in insights, data, and experience, ultimately driving meaningful growth for our clients.

Your Impact

  • Lead strategic planning for media briefs, focusing on digital media channels and strategies, and utilizing data to back up recommendations.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients, agencies, and media partners at a senior level.
  • Collaborate with the internal digital team to drive and explore unique digital tests and opportunities that align with campaign strategies and client objectives.
  • Develop a direct relationship with clients to become a strategic partner with an in-depth understanding of their business.
  • Mentor and lead a team of media professionals, managing workloads, providing performance feedback, supporting professional development, and inspiring the team.
  • Manage client campaign deliverables, including workbacks, financials, and meetings with client teams.
  • Provide digital strategic leadership with key clients, partners, and within the integrated planning team.
  • Ensure effective management of agency scope across client business, identifying opportunities for out-of-scope work.
  • Assume financial accountability, working with client finance, internal agency teams, and partners.
  • Meet with industry representatives to gain insights into trends and new media opportunities.
  • Participate in new business RFPs as needed.
  • Prepare and deliver confident media presentations.
  • Analyze, report on, and guide clients through performance campaigns, focusing on CPA and performance success.
  • Act with integrity in managing relationships across the agency and media partners to ensure brand understanding, effectively sell ideas, and contribute to positive agency evaluations.

Your Qualifications

  • College Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of relevant media experience, with a preference for account management experience.
  • 5+ years of digital media planning experience.
  • Proven experience in client communication and presentations.
  • Knowledge of integrated media planning and digital buying.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency with third-party syndicated research resources and media tools.
