We're looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Integrated Marketing Manager to join our client's team on a contract basis. This role is perfect for a hands-on marketer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and possesses a strong understanding of brand strategy and campaign execution. You'll be instrumental in managing integrated marketing campaigns, nurturing vendor relationships, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.

This is a 12 month contract, which requires the talent to work on a hybrid basis at our client's office in Vancouver.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution : Lead the day-to-day coordination and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Vendor Management : Oversee relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of assets, accurate billing, and efficient distribution of promotional materials.
  • Project Management : Manage marketing projects from concept to completion, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  • Content Collaboration : Partner closely with content creators to ensure marketing materials are aligned with campaign goals and brand standards.
  • Brand Stewardship : Consistently uphold and apply brand guidelines across all marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign execution and project management.
  • Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and external vendors.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and the ability to apply brand guidelines across various channels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • Bonus : Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Nice-to-have : B2B or channel marketing experience, agency background, or experience working with distributed teams.
  • This is a remote position, though candidates in the Vancouver area are preferred to facilitate required in-person meetings. A dedicated home office setup is required.
  • Ability to travel internationally for business when necessary.
