Integrated Digital Services Coordinator (New Grad)

Description

We are seeking students to support our Integrated Digital Services team. In this role, you will collaborate with project and office staff to develop, maintain, and utilize model data for various projects.

Responsibilities:

• Support creation of 3D models from 2D plans and specifications
• Coordinate models with trade contractors and project stakeholders
• Manage document systems related to modeling and control activities
• Coordinate 3D laser scans and point cloud models
• Assist with design by providing modeling information from the site
• Perform quantity take-offs to support estimating
• Generate 4D simulations and site logistics models
• Communicate site logistics plans and 4D animations to stakeholders
• Support development of 4D RFP deliverables, including storyboard coordination, camera angles, voiceover scripting, and post-production

Qualifications:

• Completed a technical program, preferably in engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, or structural); studies in surveying, geomatics, architectural tech, or 3D modeling are assets
• Experience with civil construction design is preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and 3ds Max
• Motivated self-starter capable of working independently or in a team
• Strong attention to detail and discrepancy recognition
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
