Compensation: $25/hour with potential for equity accrual if hired Full-Time

Position Overview
The Intake Coordinator / High-Level Sales role is a client-facing position responsible for guiding prospective clients and partners through the discovery and onboarding process while communicating the value and vision of our programs and services. This individual will combine expertise in addiction and mental health with strong sales acumen to build trusted relationships, meet organizational growth targets, and ensure a seamless intake and contracting experience for clients.
This is an opportunity for a values-driven professional with a strong foundation in social work and behavioral health, and proven results in sales, business development, or client acquisition. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for inbound and outbound inquiries about our programs, services, and accreditations.
Educate potential clients about our mission, offerings, and the value of prioritizing organizational wellness and measurable recovery outcomes.
Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of leads through proactive outreach, relationship management, and follow-ups.
Conduct initial consultations and needs assessments with prospective clients, ensuring alignment of services to their goals.
Draft proposals, coordinate contracts, and ensure all intake documentation is complete and accurate.
Track and report on sales activities, lead status, and conversion metrics.
Collaborate with leadership to refine sales and intake processes and inform strategic growth efforts.
Maintain a client-centered, ethical approach grounded in empathy, professionalism, and evidence-based practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field; Master’s preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of addiction recovery, mental health systems, and the unique challenges of the workforce in this field.
Minimum 2 years of proven success in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in healthcare, mental health, or related sectors.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Self-directed, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms, and office software.
Preferred Qualifications
Administrative and detail-oriented mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Experience working in accreditation, consulting, or organizational wellness programs.
Ability to craft compelling narratives and tailor value propositions to diverse stakeholders.

What You Bring
Degree in Social Work (or closely related field), with strong understanding of addiction and mental health recovery.
Proven track record in sales or business development—bonus points if in healthcare or mental health sectors.
Administrative savvy, detail orientation, and ability to self-direct.
Comfort working at pace, adapting on the fly, and delivering results independently.
