The Intake Liaison is primarily responsible for ensuring accurate information is in the scheduling system to ensure accurate client service delivery in a professional, confidential, proactive, safe, and efficient solution-based manner. The Intake Liaison works collaboratively in a team environment and communicates effectively with all members of the team on a regular basis.
Qualifications
Minimum post-secondary education; Medical Office Assistant related preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to learn new programs specific to the business

Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Essential Functions
Monitors and ensures timely processing of incoming client service requests, and requests for changes or updates to client services within contractual obligations.
Liaise with customer referral sources as required to ensure customer expectations are met
Responsible for the integrity of information in Alayacare which would involve data entry, updates of client information, schedules, and visits.
Provide relief in Validation team as required
Knows and adheres to the formal and informal departmental goals, standards, and policies and procedures
Work with an awareness of health and safety and cooperate towards improved health and safety conditions at work
The successful candidate will be working Schedule 1: Monday-Friday 10:30am - 6:30pm with occasional weekends as required. Schedule 2: Tuesday-Saturday 10:30am-6:30pm with occasional weekends as required. Contract Position from May 2025-2026 Training will vary from Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm OR Mon-Fri 10am-6pm
