Int/Sr Product Data Analyst

ESG is looking for an experienced, product-focused data analyst with experience in the mobile gaming industry.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Dig into open-ended questions and generate recommendations based on data.
• Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Develop and maintain standards for dashboards and reporting initiatives. This includes making sure data is visualized appropriately, creating consistent standards, and confirming that all data are accurate.
• Work with key stakeholders, product and design to identify needs and report outputs to answer questions and drive decisions to give players the best gaming experience.
• Understand and transform complex business problems into data & analytics requirements.
• Leverage advanced analytics to create data driven insights and recommend actions.
• Visualize and communicate data through reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Assess day-to-day business performance, proactively investigate trends searching for root cause and recommend actions when appropriate.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• 3+ years' experience as a data analyst, with experience working closely with product teams.
• Prior experience in the mobile gaming industry and understanding of our key metrics and business model.
• Technical proficiency to work with data (strong SQL knowledge is a must).
• Practical and theoretical knowledge of A/B testing.
• Expertise in visualization (preferably Tableau).
• Proven ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects with great attention to detail.
• Proven experience working with stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Ability to clearly communicate results and drive impact.
• Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal instructions.

Compensation Range: $90K-$130K CAD per annum. Salary is determined by experience, skills, and capabilities.
