Int SalesForce Consultant to develop, configure and modernize business processes using the Salesforce platform

On behalf of our Public Sector client, S.i. Systems is searching for 2 Reliability cleared SalesForce technical consultants to develop, configure and modernize business processes using the Salesforce platform.

Starting around July 2025, this contract shall last until September 2026.

Job Requirements:

• Omniscript
• Flows, Process Builder and Automation
• Customer Community Portal development

Job Tasks:

• Create, modify, and configure fields, objects and pages.
• Create and modify reports and dashboards.
• Perform administrative activities, including but not limited to, user accounts, data and system security, and data imports.
• Gather and analyze user stories and business cases to establish the technical feasibility or the development of platform design specifications.
• Design methods and procedures for overall platform structure and sub-systems within.
• Develop, test and implement sprints and releases.
• Produce forms, manuals, programs, data files, and procedures for cloud-based platform.
• Triage, analyze, follow-up and complete user-initiated support tickets for bugs and assistance.
