Job description

Int. Project Manager to lead the implementation of HRM Sending Facility (SF) Standards across Ontario hospitals, HRM Secured Connection pilot, and EMR Usability project

End Date: March 31, 2026 (with option to extend up to an additional 6 months)

***candidates should be available for a virtual interview on either June 24 th or June 25 th

Hybrid: Toronto (1-2 days a week)

Must Haves:

• University degree / College diploma in Business Administration, Health Administration and/or Information Technology or equivalent.

• At least five (5) years of project management experience, within which a minimum of 2 years as a Project Manager.

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience delivering information technology initiatives, ideally in the healthcare industry.

• Strong understanding of the Ontario digital health landscape and digital health solutions

• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, ideally within hospital information systems and clinician reporting processes

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including hospitals, vendors, and provincial agencies

• Comprehensive project planning experience (e.g.: business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk/problem management).

• Experience working in a formal and structured project management environment/project management office.

• Good understanding and experience of Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Excellent written communication and oral presentation skills, and able to present technical topics to non-technical audiences.

• Excellent time management, problem-solving skills, negotiating, and analytical skills.

• Experience with MS Office and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio is required.

Nice To Haves:

• Knowledge of MS SharePoint is an asset.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or a Masters Certification in Project Management is considered a strong asset.
