Int. CRM Trainer with Salesforce (Salescloud) experience to create and execute annual training plans for our commercial banking client

Int. CRM Trainer with Salesforce (Salescloud) experience to create and execute annual training plans for our commercial banking client

Duration: 18 Months

Location: Toronto or MTL (Hybrid, 2 days per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for organizing, preparing, and conducting all North American Commercial Bank learning and training activities related to our CRM (Salesforce.com).
  • The role will assess ongoing training needs and create and execute and annual training plan.
  • Responsible for producing job aids and other reference materials and assisting with periodic user communications.
  • Manage intranet site dedicated to Salesforce learning.
  • Further the ability to communicate with our user teams on best practices (new user training, ask the expert sessions, rolling out new enhancements, work with strategy managers who coordinate the actual enhancements to develop mini change management plans).

Must Haves:

  • 4+ years experience with Salesforce CRM or equivalent technology training experience within a banking environment
