Northbridge Financial is hiring an Insurance Support Coordinator in Mississauga to enable advisor success through sales support, client service, and operational excellence.

You will streamline the sales process, ensure compliance, manage cases, and deliver high-quality service to strengthen customer trust and grow the advisor’s book of business.

Competenze

• Post-secondary education in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services or life insurance preferred.
• Proficient in Life Insurance Carrier Illustration software.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and internet-based tools.

We’re committed to pay transparency and fairness. The base salary range for this role is $50,000 - $74,000, which reflects the expected base pay - not the total compensation package. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position. We’re also open to candidates at different levels, so if this range doesn’t quite match your expectations, don’t let that hold you back - we’d still love to hear from you.
