As an Insurance Sales Producer with Western Financial Group, you will be provided with a list of referrals to cross-sell Personal Lines Insurance Products.

Here Is What a Typical Day Looks Like

  • Conduct sales calls from a list of warm referrals or existing clients, focusing on relationship-building and identifying new opportunities
  • Up-sell and cross-sell when talking to customers on all our insurance products
  • Best match client needs to insurance company offerings
  • Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry related courses
