As a Commercial Account Executive with Western Financial Group, you will leverage your insurance expertise to prospect and acquire new clients, ensuring they have the coverage they need. We offer training and support to help you obtain your Level 2 Insurance License and empower you to take control of your earnings.

Typical Daily Responsibilities

  • Prospect and up-sell Commercial Insurance products to clients.
  • Maintain work-life balance with flexible scheduling to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Consistently generate quality new business through networking and building relationships with Centers of Influence to ensure a steady stream of referrals.
  • Promote customer retention by building strong relationships and providing quality advice for long-term growth.
  • Navigate multiple insurance partner online portals to process customer applications.
  • Achieve and surpass sales and retention goals.
  • Collaborate with insurance underwriters to meet evolving guidelines.
  • Act as liaison between clients and external insurance partners to ensure fair representation.
  • Engage in continuous self-development through industry involvement, community participation, and relevant courses.

Location: Hybrid in the Strathmore, Alberta area

Compensation: Guaranteed income plus 50% commission on new business and 30% on renewals
