A successful Desjardins Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their team as an Insurance Sales Advisor - Desjardins Agent Team Member. We are looking for an energetic professional interested in growing our business through value-based conversations and delivering a remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities :

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Requirements :

  • Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, listening)
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Customer service dedication
  • Ability to multi-task and make presentations to potential customers
  • Property & Casualty License (OTL) and Life Insurance License (LLQP) must be obtained before start date. Reimbursement for courses and licenses available after 1 year with the agency.
