A successful Desjardins Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their team as an Insurance Sales Advisor - Desjardins Agent Team Member. We are looking for an energetic individual interested in growing our business through value-based conversations and delivering exceptional customer service. If you are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is a rewarding career opportunity with excellent income and growth potential.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance options, coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing.
  • Assist the agent in establishing and achieving marketing goals.

Requirements :

  • Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals or quotas preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Strong dedication to customer service.
  • Ability to multi-task and make presentations to potential clients.
  • Property & Casualty License (OTL) and Life Insurance License (LLQP) must be obtained before start date. Reimbursement for courses and licenses after 1 year with the agency.
