Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead data-product strategy for the Insurance domain in Canada. You will own roadmaps, define problems to solve, and collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to deliver POCs and scalable solutions.

Requires 8+ years in product management in tech/enterprise, insurance experience, Tableau and Power BI capabilities, and strong executive communication. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in technology/enterprise environments.
• Mandatory insurance industry experience.
• Tableau experience and intermediate Power BI skills, including dashboards, workspaces, publishing, and basic DAX.
• Experience with AI/ML, advanced analytics, or data products and cloud-based solutions.
• Strong Business Analyst skills and executive/technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enabled solutions.
• Define what and why the platform should build to solve business and user problems.
• Define and track product OKRs and KPIs and drive the team to achieve them.
• Drive go-to-market excitement and awareness of the platform across enterprise teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to build, validate, and showcase POCs and demos.
• Translate business problems into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure products align with BFS regulatory, compliance, and risk considerations.
