About This Role

Join our award-winning Digital Sales team as an Insurance Coordinator, where you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients exploring their insurance options. You'll play a crucial role in qualifying leads, building relationships, and setting up our sales team for success, while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Respond promptly to digitally generated insurance inquiries using our award-winning lead management system
  • Pre-qualify potential clients through consultative conversations
  • Document all customer interactions and correspondence accurately
  • Ensure compliance with insurance standards and company underwriting guidelines
  • Partner closely with our Digital Sales team to optimize lead conversion
  • Follow established sales procedures while identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Contribute to our team's success through knowledge sharing and collaborative problem-solving

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • RIBO license (or commitment to obtain within the specified timeframe)
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in customer-facing conversations
  • Enjoys talking to people and building relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid G-class driver's license
  • Collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry designations (RIBO, CAIB, CIP) are a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems or lead management platforms
  • Previous customer service or sales experience
