The Personal Lines Sales team seeks an energetic Insurance Client Executive / Insurance Broker who will leverage industry knowledge to offer personalized insurance coverage, ensuring peace of mind for clients.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on personal insurance coverage tailored to clients’ needs
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and department goals
  • Prepare documentation, complete applications, issue certificates, and process applications
  • Maintain professional relationships with underwriters
  • Resolve concerns or complaints professionally
  • Quote new prospects using Applied Rating Services or Company Portals
  • Represent the brokerage at industry events as needed
  • Stay current on industry changes and underwriting rules
  • Participate in training initiatives
What You Bring
  • RIBO License in good standing
  • Provincial licenses such as Alberta General 1
  • Over 2 years of industry or personal lines experience
  • Experience with Major Domestic Personal Lines Markets
  • Passion for sales and client service
  • Professional presentation and understanding of personal insurance sales environment
  • Experience in high-volume or fast-paced settings
  • Computer proficiency, including Broker management systems (EPIC & ARS preferred)
  • Ability to learn NFP’s business model
  • Strong communication skills in English and French (asset)
  • Professional insurance designations (e.g., CAIB, CIP, CRM) are a plus
