What You’ll Be Doing :

You’ll manage your own personal lines portfolio, providing exceptional service and driving portfolio growth. Your day will include :

• Handling renewals, endorsements, cancellations, claims, and memos
• Maintaining an accurate expiry list and responding to daily downloads
• Working toward a minimum 2% annual portfolio growth and 96% retention
• Issuing quotes, cover letters, binders, and certificates
• Entering accurate data into sales software and Power Broker
• Remarketing accounts when needed
• Meeting personal sales and X-Date goals

What You Bring :

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Personal Lines

Level 2 Insurance License (or Level 1 with Level 2 in progress to complete by Oct 7, 2025)

Working knowledge of Power Broker and insurer portals will be an asset

Familiarity with underwriting guidelines and PowerQuote

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient under pressure

Confident and clear when explaining coverage to clients
